Turkey- All turkey orders must be ordered in lots of 5 birds per exhibitor, Friday,  by 5:00 pm to FFA advisor.
Broiler- All broiler orders must be ordered in lots of 25 per exhibitor, Friday,  by 5:00 pm to FFA advisor.

2022 Mandatory Progress Evaluation

Steer & Heifer- Saturday, August 20 at 8:00 am Austin County Fair Grounds
Lamb & Goat- Saturday, August 20  at 7:00 am Austin County Fair Grounds
Scramble Heifers- Saturday, August 20 at 8:00 am Austin County Fair Grounds
Horse Project- Make sure you attend all mandatory weight-in and evaluations. Dates/Location's in rule book.
*Student's can attend/show in the 4-H Livestock Project Group Showmanship Contest on August , 9:00 am at the Austin County Fair Grounds Beef, Swine, Lambs, Goats, Horses, and Rabbits

Entry Cards-  August  All entry cards, 6:00 pm meeting, release & Indminity form, w-9 and fees due in the Ag Office.  Entries must be turned into advisors, their due date subject to change. Do not take entries to Austin County Fair Office or turn into 4-H clubs.

8:00-Noon Commerical Pen of Heifers move in.
8:00-9:00 am Market Turkeys move in and sifted/judging.
3:00- 7:00 pm Swine will be unloaded, weighed and penned. 
5:00 pm  Broiler and Rabbit move in, sifted, and judged
6:00-7:00 pm Lambs move in, weighed and sifted
6:30-8:30 pm Goats move in, weighed and sifted
6:30 pm Mandatory Horse Project Weigh-In , Rice Farm

Wednesday, October 
6:00-9:00 am Steers, Halter Heifers and Scramble Heifers move in
8:00 am Pen of Heifers Judged
10:00 am-12:00 Horses move in
9:30 am Lambs judge
   Follow lambs goats judge
2:00pm Beef Skillathon
5:00 pm Swine judge
